I'm gonna give up trying to understand it...
But heck, I loved the ending;
“I realized the one thing Fell’s Point didn’t really have,” Ty said, his voice sincere and hopeful, “was a bookstore.”
“And we could sell black market orchids from the back.”
“Will you marry me, Zane?”
“Yes.”

In spite of all the negative reviews, I really enjoyed this book. I would have liked more of Ty and Zane but they'll have another book!!
